Winter is ahead by a 3 hours time difference and summer has a 2 hours time difference.
I wear acrylic nails do I need to have them removed?
We request that all clients remove both acrylic and gel nails before they arrive for their procedure.
Is it safe to drink the tap water in Turkey?
Turkey practices safe sanitation standers and tap/shower water is used for bathing and brushing teeth however consumption is not recommended as the water is highly Chlorinated especially in the Summer months.
Are the hotels all-inclusive what is the package?
The hotels are B&B only for the client and companion.

Yes, many are opened from 9.00am to 19.00pm however each region has a 24/7 pharmacy opened.
Can I use my mobile phone in Turkey are there heavy charges?
International roaming will need to be activated (at a cost to you according to your provider) however Wi-Fi is widely available in most shopping areas.
Do I have to pay for a companion for their hotel?
The hospital will cover the cost of the hotel for you and your companion according to the package you book.
How do I get permission to fly is there a document that I can get?
The hospital will give you a fit to fly letter when you are leaving the hospital.
What happens if I need more than one surgery if there is a problem and I want to get it all operated on at the same time?
One approved a price the additional procedure will be given to you and payment will need to be issued beforehand.
I don’t want my pictures used for before and after media posts how do I make sure this happens?
Once a member of the team is notified none of your pictures will be used on our social media.
