Our company's aim is to provide an intermediary service that provides our clients with a high quality of cosmetic procedures and medical services in Turkey. We act as a facilitator between the patient, the hospital and the Doctor for patients wishing to undergo a variety of cosmetic, aesthetic and medical procedures or surgeries in Turkey. We assist our clients through the entire booking process, pre-consultations, travel arrangements and arrange all aspects of their transportation, hospital stay arrangements, procedures and surgeries, care and after care from the time they arrive in Turkey to the time they leave. We also provide a range of pre and post surgery and procedures support services to further enhance your experience.
We are committed to the highest ethical, legal and professional standards and work with medical partners who share the same commitment. We conduct our business with integrity and ensure all our clients’ needs and expectations are met where at all possible. We encourage clients to express their concerns and ensure that they make an informed decision in dialogue with the medical specialist before agreeing to any procedure or surgery. The Patient’s decision to proceed with surgery is done after a consultation between the patient and the medical team.
All the Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics and Medical Practitioners we partner with are qualified in their field of expertise and registered with their respective associations and bodies and therefore adhere to their professional codes of conduct and follow an informed consent process. Pure Ada ensures all these service providers are fully licenced and their credentials, qualifications and associations are background checked by us before we agree to partner with them.
Informed-consent documents are used to communicate information about the proposed surgical treatment along with disclosure of risks and alternative forms of treatment(s). The informed-consent process attempts to define principles of any risk disclosure that should generally meet the needs of most clients in most circumstances. However, informed consent documents should not be considered all inclusive in defining other methods of care and risks encountered. Your surgeon may provide you with additional procedural information, which is based on all the facts in your particular case and the state of medical knowledge provided by you to the Surgeon. Standards of medical care are determined on the basis that all of the facts involved in an individual case are subject to change as scientific knowledge and technology advance and as practice patterns evolve continuously.
Pureada only acts as a facilitator and does not make any medical evaluations, decisions or comments and we are unable to offer any guarantee regarding the outcome of your treatment. We also need to remind you that all surgery carries a risk and that you understand these risks which have been explained by your medical team.
We encourage open dialogue at all times as a means to resolve any issues that may arise and as a facilitator we will address any complaints on your behalf and if necessary direct to the relevant parties. If any dispute arises the surgeon is only liable if litigation takes place in Turkey, under Turkish Republic Law. In the event that a dispute arises, only the surgeon would be liable and in any case of litigation (court proceedings), Turkish Judiciary and Turkish Republic Law would be resorted to resolve the litigation. Pure Ada will not be held responsible for medical procedure disputes. Our liability is limited to a duty of care in our capacity as a third party facilitator governed by Turkish law.
Please consult with your doctor before self-medicating or seeking alternative therapies including herbal medicines that might interfere with your ongoing treatment. We strongly advise not to take any medication without first consulting your Doctor or the PureAda team. The Doctor will not accept responsibility for client’s wrongdoing and for not fully following the instructions as laid out by your surgeon and the medical team. You must disclose relevant information to your doctors, nurses and our team before and after treatment, including any pre-existing illness, complaints, medications being taken, previous operation and any other information that could have an affect on your treatment. You must also immediately inform your Doctor of changes in your condition, new symptoms, or increased pain. Please also make an effort to understand and accept the cultural differences of the health workers caring for you, and between you and patients from other countries, show respect and courtesy to those you meet on your medical journey, and clearly communicate all of your details. Should you have any communication problems during your stay due to language please contact one of our team for immediate assistance.
